Combattant varié (Philomachus pugnax) Plumage internuptial

Réputé pour ses «leks» évoquant une joute de chevaliers dans une cour médiévale, c’est le plus variable et extravagant de tous les limicoles. Dans son plumage discret au passage, le Combattant varié cache bien son jeu: qui pourrait deviner, en voyant ces oiseaux brun terne au dos courbé picorant dans la vase, serrés les uns contre les autres en bonne entente, qu’une fois arrivés sur les terrains de nidification, les mâles vont subir une véritable métamorphose, se parant d’une collerette bouffante multicolore pour se défier sur des arènes.

Am 05.09.21 soll die 01 180 und der Schwestermaschine durchs Lahntal fahren.

Ich bin kurzerhand nach Weilburg gefahren und wollte eigentlich die Fotostelle mit dem Panorama der Stadt machen. Allerdings war es mir da am Hang doch etwas zu unsicher so das ich auf Tipp eines Bekannten auf Kirschhofen gekommen bin. dem Bekannten also ein großes Danke. Also ab dahin.

Kaum da. fiel mir auf das ist die Schleuse. Das hätte ich mir eigentlich auch denken können.
