Maybe if you knew how I felt
We wouldn't be stuck in this dilemma
They say things will get better
But now it feels like never
And maybe if you knew what you did
You'd realize you tore my world apart
You knew just how you used me
You played me from the start
I've never had the strength to tell you to stop
Or maybe if I did you'd realize I'm not
Just someone you can use, boy how would you know?
'Cause you know that you're selfish, no shame to let it show

A remake of an old manipulation.Tell me what you think if you wish.
“Try to imagine a life without timekeeping. You probably can’t. You know
the month, the year, the day of the week. There is a clock on your wall
or the dashboard of your car. You have a schedule, a calendar, a time
for dinner or a movie. Yet all around you, timekeeping is ignored. Birds
are not late. A dog does not check its watch. Deer do not fret over
passing birthdays. Man alone measures time. Man alone chimes the hour.
And, because of this, man alone suffers a paralyzing fear that no other
creature endures. A fear of time running out.”
―Mitch Albom

"Love the moment and the energy of that moment will spread beyond all boundaries." - Corita Kent
The moments I spent discovering new things I can do with my camera and my images on this March break week, are what I love. Yesterday, I was joined by a few friends to explore even more possibilities. We tried capturing soap bubbles, oil in water bubbles and corn syrup drops. There were many challenges and I know I need to keep practicing. However, because I love the surprises that come our way and the process of discovery especially with friends, I am motivated to keep practicing.
It's in literature that true life can be found. It's under the mask of fiction that you can tell the truth.

“It's not all bad. Heightened self-consciousness, apartness, an inability to join in, physical shame and self-loathing—they are not all bad. Those devils have been my angels. Without them I would never have disappeared into language, literature, the mind, laughter and all the mad intensities that made and unmade me.”
