I haven't forgotten about Flickr, I've just been busy with school and posting more to my Instagram feed (www.instagram.com/undailypower/) and Youtube Channel (bit.ly/2nVkMS2).
My Olympus OM-D E-M5 is still broken, I have a replacement camera but I'm not feeling the motivation to get out shooting stills.
I'm going to be moving to the big city soon, so I should have some new inspiration for photos!
This photo was done using Unsplash, which offers copyright free high-resolution images...great for these conceptual photo manipulations when it's too cold/rainy/snowy out to actually capture the photos you want. Also used an old photo of me that I shot in Gatineau Park...should really take some more, that one is getting a bit overused.

This butterfly alit on my deck one day and promptly died. Its left tail section had been lost, so I copied the right tail in Photoshop CC, reversed it, and dragged it to the appropriate place. I edited it lightly so that it would not be an exact mirror image of the right tail.

This is for my very good friend and mentor TabaMajic, known better to all of us as Alice. Alice is in Australia, she is currently in a nursing home being treated for the advanced stages of Parkinson’s Disease.
Back when we in Photoshop were using CS2 and CS3 she came up with the idea for Extend the Boundary, which she simply called ETB. The above image anyone can make from the very detailed Tutorial she wrote.
But she didn’t stop there she expanded the boundaries all over the place and she left us with many albums in her website with incredible artistic manipulations. And I like a lot of other experienced Photoshop folks looked at these with little ideas for how they were done. If you would like to see these for yourself they are still available on her site.
Alice is still trying to do things in Photoshop but cannot any longer. She is very artistic and can still draw pictures though.
