I frickin' HATE UPS!!!

I've lived in Seattle almost 10 years now, and UPS have not gotten anything right yet! FedEx, USPS, and other carriers never a problem, but for UPS even simple things seem impossible. It is so bad that if I go to a buy stuff and the website says "we only ship UPS" then I go buy from somebody else even if I have to pay more. But Microsoft only ships dead and new XBoxes thru UPS, so every time one of my Xboxes breaks down it is this royal pain. They don't even check to see if I'm home. I've had to run out and stop a truck that was pulling away and get the package off it. And if you put it on Will Call the first time you go there they may have no clue were your package is and I have to drive Hella far to get to the place they can afford to build a warehouse. I've had to miss work to try and get something on time and I'm a contractor which means I don't get paid for hours I can't bill for. It would be cheaper for me to go buy a brand new Xbox that to wait around for UPS to pull their frickin head out.
