Denkmal...nach!
For my English speaking friends: "Denkmal" means memorial/landmark, but in German also "Think!". The unknown artist added the German word "nach" and so we get the message "Think about it!"
The sticker is the emblem of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, with marks historical houses.
