The ditch road below NCAR houses counduit with multi-kV power feed lines for the NCAR Mesa Lab. It washed out during the flood, leaving the feeders hanging exposed. Here, the crew has put in hangars for the feeder lines, has laid in new (larger) culverts, and is starting to rebuild the road up to and past the feeder lines.
