For the 12*12 vignette category of Summer Joust 2025. After I got knocked out of MELO I wanted to continue building in Tolkien’s universe.

A vignette of a small courtyard of Gondolin before the fall. A soldier of the Gondolindrim is on duty guarding a gold-dressed gate while the infamous Glorfindel stands on the balcony. Perhaps he senses the betrayal at hand and what is coming?
