New Toilet!
Have to repair the floor, clean, deal with the water damage but the real problem has been fixed (non-copper pipe and fittings corroded and were leaking) as well as the secondary problem (tank leaking) and the tertiary problem (scaling in the bowl) so now I have a few steps to handle but the worst of it is all shiny new and fixed up.
