At the Skateboard Park
While our friends were visiting, we took in the Skateboard Park near the Aud. With typical graffiti (quite a bit of it pornographic), it has an authentic air. The kids there were fantastic, very kind, taking turns, and helpful to newbies.
The requisite creeps were there, too, but enough parents were hanging around to take the edge off that.
I almost want to take up skateboarding/bmx biking, this little area is neat!
