Still No Baking Stone

Found a pizza peel/paddle for much discountiness so I'm just missing the stone still. The stone loaf pan works great, but the crust doesn't have a chance to do its thing. Working out the baking times, too. I think lowering the heat and adding 5 minutes will be ideal. Tasty though. Ate it anyway.
