IMG_8007.JPG
A moody view of the Formerly Named SkyDome building.
This image was appropriated by a company offering me "free exposure". Schmaps!! goes on to say that if I withdraw from their "offer" to put my image (with attribution and linking to the FULL SIZE IMAGE on Flick!!) on their website, then I withdraw all of my images from their website and cannot resubmit them. Ohh! The fear!
While they did give me notice (through Flickr mail), they said that the Flickr API or website was used to get the images. the API doesn't allow for non cc-licensed images to show up, so they must have searched for it? But this photo shows no referrers for the last month, so they must be getting just the thumbnails and not even bothering to find out if the image is original, available, fully copyrighted or not.
If you want this image for yourself, you can buy it royalty-free at istockphoto.com/file_closeup/settings/seasons/summer/2070..., no need to steal.
