Station to Station
Ok guys, I need your help. Station to Station is a traveling art happening the likes of which has not been seen for a while. It all starts in New York on September 6 and heads West by train. I encourage anyone with the ability, to go to one of the stops and be a part. I'll be at the Barstow and Los Angeles events and with your help I can make it to the final stop in San Francisco on the 28th.
The train is made up of 9 classic railcars (Lambert's Point, Taos, Silver Quail, Mohave, Minnesota River, Wisconsin Valley, St. Croix Valley, Super Dome and Cedar Rapids) pulled by 3 Amtrak engines. The cars have been specially (temporarily) modified for this tour. I plan on building this train and having it ready for the LA stop. This is where you come in, dear reader.
If enough people donate to my Station to Station campaign, I'll be on the real train for the last leg. That's why I need your help.
If we can pull this off, I promise to hold an extra sweet Lego Train MOCs contest and I'll be posting updates on the tour starting Sept. 6. I'll also post updates on my progress building the train.
