February 2018 Workshop Schedule

1. Cupcake Baking Class 1

- Date: February 4, 2018 (Sunday)

- Time: 9AM - 4PM

- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:

* Mocha cupcakes & coffee buttercream

* Vanilla cupcakes & vanilla buttercream

* Red velvet & cream cheese frosting

* Salted caramel cupcakes

- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of handouts, apron, lunch and certificate

 

2. Healthy Cooking Class

- Date: February 10, 2018 (Saturday)

- Time: 9AM - 3PM

- Instructor: Abner Gosiaco

- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:

* Baked balsamic chicken & veggies

* Easy vegetable creamy soup (no cream or milk)

* Salad with 3 different dressings (Caesar, honey mustard & avocado cilantro dressings)

* Garlic shrimp with quinoa

- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of handouts, apron, lunch and certificate

 

3. Chinese Cooking Class

- Date: February 11, 2018 (Sunday)

- Time: 9AM - 4PM

- In this hands on class, you will learn how to cook:

* Chinese style glazed spareribs

* Oriental honey chicken

* Fish fillet with tausi

* Lettuce wrapped minced meat

- Course fee: Php 3,500 inclusive of apron, lunch, handouts and certificate

 

4. No Bake Desserts - NEW!

- Date: February 18, 2018 (Sunday)

- Time: 9AM - 3PM

- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:

* Oreo cheesecake

* Mango refrigerator cake

* Crepe samurai

* Cathedral window gelatin

- Course fee: Php 3,300 inclusive of apron, lunch, handouts and certificate

 

5. Easy Buttercream Cake Designs 1

- Date: February 25, 2017 (Sunday)

- Time: 9AM - 4PM

- In this hands on class, you will learn how to:

* Bake a chocolate cake

* Make buttercream icing

* Decorate your cake using 4 techniques:

- Horizontal stripes

- Vertical stripes

- Rosettes

- Petal flowers

- Course fee: Php 3,700 inclusive of 8"x4" chocolate cake, apron, lunch, handouts and certificate
