rose tower

This cake was inspired by Peggy Porchens Romantic Rose Tower - I am a huge fan of her work. I added a few dimante pins to some of the roses and placed the cake onto a large custom made mirror - surrounded by tealight candles and reflecting back on itself, this cake took centre stage!
