Cinderella Castle
Two years ago I build my first micro-scale version of the Cinderella Castle. All this time the castle has been standing on top of my table along with many other MOCs. My working table is getting a bit crowded though and I am missing work space. Thus I decided to break down many MOCs to make room.
I am still very fond of this little castle though. That’s why I decided to transfer the castle from a 48 x 48 baseplate to a 32 x 32 baseplate which fits perfectly on a book shelf. And while I am at it I thought I might just as well redesign it altogether. The second version has a decorative display base and the castle itself is much richer in detail. Surprisingly the amount of parts used in this smaller MOC did not decrease: it still contains about 3000 parts. I had a lot of fun figuring out how to improve one of my own builds.
