Circa 4x6 inch index card notebooks
There's not much space next to the phone so I decided we needed a small notebook next to the phone. I made two of them by smurfing a stack of 4x6" index cards and chopped the cover of a Mead 3 subject notebook for covers. Index cards are Oxford 4x6" blank and Oxford 4x6" grid (blank on back). The cards are bound with Levenger's Circa discs - blue & grey are 1/2" for the blank cards, black 3/4" for the grid cards.
