A beautiful robin on a cold day. I love robins, how their orange chest is so vibrant and I saw one on the ground picking up worms. If I search for worms I wouldn’t find any. They make it look so easy. But I always associate robins with sadness, first time in 2003 when my daughter was taken from me. And now with Covid-19 there is just a pall in the air. I don’t like it. I hate cold weather but as long as this goes on, I really just want cold weather. If it is nice and beautiful outside it is just depressing because we can’t be how we normally would. Yesterday was supposed to be MLB opening day and 4/3 was the Rockies opening day. I wonder if they will have an opening day??? Will there be a 2020 baseball season at all??? I do not believe my kid will go back to school, physical school, this year. I want to be hopeful. But I believe this will take longer than we expect to overcome this. Summer concert season is my favorite time of year. And our concert for 5/11 has already been postponed. I really do not expect this to be “over” before summer starts. If it is I will be highly surprised.
