Problem with authority

Call me a troublemaker. I’m really not, I pretty much comply and do things without complaining to higher-ups. I just deal with it. But I have a problem with people 20 years younger than me, going to “lecture me” about being on time and just do your job. First of all, I have 20 years+ work experience and he has no idea my work ethic. I have a main job that is my priority. I have secondary jobs that I put way too much effort and concern into when I shouldn’t. No one else does. I have an interview somewhere else on Friday. And I told the filling in manager that this morning. That although I know she is dealing with a lot getting this store in order, I feel under appreciated and if I find somewhere else that pays me more and I don’t have to be working alone and no management available, I’m going. At my day job, a girl started in august and I had a problem with her taking work from my desk when it was “piling up” when she had no idea what my usual workload is and what I can or can’t handle. I can’t stand it when people assume they “know” and they don’t. The guy today, supposedly the new station assistant manager here, telling me we are going to get the store in tip-top shape and “just be on time and do your job.” I was scheduled at 4 today, the filling in manager asked me early this morning to come in early at 2 or 3, I got here at 3:10, and I don’t know if his comment was pointed at that. But I am doing them a favor by coming in early. I just worked for them 41 hours last week on top of my regular 40 hour job, I get nothing done or accomplished at home, or spend time with my son. Today I was 10 min “late” but not really, because I am doing a favor and was still here prior to 4.
