Mind the gap, mind your head

I wondered if there're tough rules for those who work and live at Gamla Stan, must always keep the streets frickin clean and have old bicycles. Or it is their love to consiously keep Gamla Stan attractive at all times. The doors lead to an underground pub or residence.
