RMMV 'WarwickCastle'

Another of the older 2-funnelled Union Castle liners this is the 20,445 ton 'Warwick Castle'. Built in 1930 it was used as a troopship in WWll and was sunk in the Atlantic on 14th November 1942 by U-413. 96 of the 462 on board lost their lives.

A postcard from my collection which has no publisher identified.
