It is architectural art, something that adds a little color to a grey, steel box. kind of like a ribbon tied around a drab warehouse. This is a Sim Video building located at 1096 Marginal Road in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This photo was taken from where our cruise ship was docked. There were train tracks close by also. The sign on the building says 'Sim Video'. They provide digital imaging expertise and customized digital video equipment rental services for television, etc. 10-14-10
