Here is a mindmap I have produced of the key points of John's excellent talk.
I hope we can get some of the graphs and images he showed during the talk to add to a thread on the Ecademy AEC Network. The one showing the continual improvement of delivery was very impressive, as was the graph illustrating reductions in Waste.
