That's the quintet I was in playing at State Solo and Ensemble festival. You can't see our drummer, but you CAN see that great "bass face" I'm making.
This was my first time playing an electric bass in performance, too. Normally I use an old-school acoustic upright, but we would never have been able to get it downstate in one piece, so Ryan (the guitarist) suggested I use his electric bass) the day before we left. Talk about a quick learning curve.
