Gradaro 2

The site of the old Jewish cemetery of Mantua (Italy) was on the banks of Lake Inferiore, just past the monastery of the Gradaro. In the early 19st century, the French ordered its transfer to a site away from the city.

Later, in 1943, the area was transformed into a military base.
