Mother Nature's Evening Light Show
Since you were all so impressed with the photo I posted yesterday of the intense sunset that we had Tuesday night of this week, here is another shot from that same photo session!
The sunset started off with some already amazing colours, and just grew more and more vivid and intense for the approximately 60 minutes it lasted for!
These incredible cloud formations were illuminating the evening sky vividly, so I put down my snow shovel, ran inside, grabbed my camera, and took photos for a good 40 minutes as this light show unfolded!
It meant I had to finish shoveling my walk in the dark (well, there were still streetlights and our driveway / porch lights, but you know what I mean!), but it was TOTALLY worth it!
Oh, and the reason we are getting these GLORIOUS skies is because we are in the middle of another Chinook, so not only do we get amazing skies all throughout the day, the weather is (relatively!) warm, the snow is melting, and the sun is shining!
