Rolling Acres 3013 (10/11)
My subtly futuristic update of three 1992 #Paradisa sets, ‘Rolling Acres Ranch’ (6419), ‘Sunset Stables’ (6405) and ‘Poolside Paradise’ (6416) made its debut at #Skaerbaek2025.
As promised, here are some close-up photos of this cute horse-filled triptych. I had so much fun creating little vignettes with these characters, and the unique colour palette was a refreshing change.
One of my favourite features the motorised microscale ranch, kept running continuously for 36 hours on one set of batteries!
I didn’t bother turning them off before tea, thinking they would run out overnight. When I came back for day two, they were still happily cantering!
P.S. Don’t worry, both horsies got extra sugar cubes for working through the night.
