Quietly purring down to the promenade at Silverknowes, Liam gives a wave as I’m perched on one of those concrete war-time block thingys, and I’m not quite understanding as to why this road has been closed off to vehicular traffic, except buses? That said, while I was here, waiting for Liam to turn at the roundabout and start the journey back to Gorebridge, two private cars passed down here, very naughty!
