Chelmsford, City Park West Development

The continuing construction of the new development at the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in Park Road Chelmsford (UK) in September 2013.
