Chelmsford, Waterhouse Court
The Victoria Road South view of the completed construction of 'Waterhouse Court' at the City Park West development in the City of Chelmsford in the County of Essex (UK).
Waterhouse Court was built on the former site of the Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University.
Note Parkview House which is occupied by the Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Company Ltd. on the left. The Frederick Chancellor building on the right was built in 1906.
