Chelmsford City Park West
A small section of the second phase of the City Park West development as viewed from Victoria Road South at the former site of the Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus in City of Chelmsford in Essex (UK).
The luxury apartment building in the centre is the 142 feet high Kings Tower at Marconi Plaza which opened in 2007. The Kings Tower was designed so each apartment caught the sun at least one a day (weather permitting) and looked like a bow of a ship both ends.
