Bristol Docks 12 Ton Open Mineral Wagon Number 27

Preserved Bristol Docks (BD) open 12 Ton open 4 wheeled mineral wagon number 27 on display at the heritage Bristol Harbour Railway in the City of Bristol (UK).

 

Number 27 was built by the London and South Western Railway (LSWR) in 1921.

 

Note the hand operated marshalling brake handle. None of that vacuum or air braked nonsense here! ;-)
