Chelmsford Station Mill Yard Gateway Redevelopment
Plant machinery during redevelopment works at what is known as the '1842 pedestrian tunnel' (in the centre just out of sight) which leads to Townfield Street at Chelmsford Railway Station in the County of Essex (UK).
As the name suggests this Victorian tunnel along with most of the brickwork here dates back to 1842 however despite some protest, everything to the left of the braced wall was demolished due to the 'Chelmsford Station Mill Yard Gateway' redevelopment works during the spring of 2018.
