Chelmsford, City Park West Development and Victoria Road South
The still undeveloped site of the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University building in Victoria Road South as viewed from the High Chelmer multi storey car park in Chelmsford (UK).
The rest of The City Park West project centre right was completed in the summer of 2015.
The building in the centre left is one of Chelmsford's tallest buildings, the 141.04 feet high Kings Tower at Marconi Plaza.
