The modification parts

These are what would be changed to produce the safety lever.

 

Left to right:

 

*Extended "Stud" which anchors the bar clamp

*Steel washer to stop the extension arm when tightened toward the lever body.

*Safety extension arm

*Flanged plastic bushing

*Thin metal friction washer

*Toothed lock washer

*Cross-slotted chrome plated bolt
