pottasche

i joined a secret santa spice exchange where you sent a spice to one person with a recipe and receive one. i got mine in the mail monday and can't wait to try making these cookies. in the package was pottasche (i'm still not sure what this is... all i could read from the back was butter and sugar), rye flour, cake flour, ground cloves, and cinnamon.
