Uraguay in Argentina

Built in England as a gunboat and commissioned in 1874. The Uraguay was used for Antarctic rescue in the early 1900s and later as an Argentine Navy training ship. Currently moored at Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires as a floating museum.

Note the whirly crane to the left.
