Iveco 6.5 tonne Incident Response Unit, Bence Coachwork - designed as a first specialist attendance vehicle, introduced in 2009. Behind the IRU is the 2005 VW LT46 from the NRRD SORT Logistics Unit. The Special Operations Response Division is part of the National Risk and Resilience Department. The Special Operations Response Teams operate a range of specialist vehicles and equipment to enable them to access, triage and treat patients in environments where other paramedics are not able to operate.
