In 2020 a strange meteor shower hit the earth - it rendered all but the most powerful supers mundane. The dullening effect left a lot of the Supes struggling to make ends meet. The other effect of the shower was to damage the worlds economy - this crippled Bruce Wayne financially. With a modicum of wealth left Bruce set about providing a home for his destitute friends and associates in the Gotham Valley trailer park. With their powers waning some of the Supes are struggling to keep it together,,,
