Taken somewhere along the Malaysian North South Highway, obviously in a moving car.
The black object in the upper right of the frame is not the sun visor, but the SUV's safety radar module to detect close vehicles in front (it's a Volvo XC60 2.5T).
No, this photo is NOT flipped over and the vehicles in this picture are NOT on the wrong side of the road. :o)
