A month after I had Sunny neutered at the vet's in July 2023, he began to blossom into a loving and needy house cat.
A year after this photo was taken, Sunny had really become domesticated. He piled on the pounds, his fur became silkier and fluffier and he prefers to stay indoors. He was a far cry from his former self. No more urine marking, no more going around the house and yowling.
Unfortunately he still doesn't like to use a litter box, so you know what that means... 😥
Sunny's transformation was amazing for a FIV positive cat that had spent a year of his early life looking roaming the neighborhood, looking for a permanent home.
At well over 7kgs, Sunny has become one of those cats that is very tricky to carry in your arms. Not that he enjoys it either and all the same, he's earned his nickname - "Juggernaut".
This picture was taken exactly a month ago and he is still getting bigger! 😳
