Steamed slices of chicken

Chicken, well...It's the main ingredient of a typical Asian chicken rice dish found in Southeast Asia. It can be had in three "flavors": steamed (as in the photo above), roasted or deep fried.

 

I've tried countless chicken rice dishes as long as I can remember but the serving above didn't taste as good as the image suggests. There was little meat compared to the bone and the chicken was dry and overcooked.
