Culinary Finesse
Sashimi Moriawase has always been my favorite starters at any Japanese restaurant. From top to bottom: salmon roe, raw salmon slices, salmon belly cuts and fresh scallops.
Too bad they didn't include red tuna (maguro) or butter fish.
