Topless Teens
Here they're walking topless to their jumping off point.
The Story
Two teens around 16 or 17 years old. The blonde eggs her brunette companion into a topless dare. Going topless in public is not legal here so this was rather daring.
On the harbour wall, these two took off their tops, using their arms to preserve their modesty. They threw their tops into the water off the beach below, leapt into the water, retrieved their tops and put them on underwater. They repeated this several times during which I got several photos, none of them particulary great quality but interesting as a whole to illustrate the story.
