Merry Christmas
To my Flickr contacts and friends, I wish you all a Merry Christmas. I hope it will be a Christas filled with family, peace, joy, good food and traditions. This is the village Christmas tree we in the ungdomslag raise every year here in Fjaerland.
Ungdomslaget is the same org. that held the Smalahovefest in a previous posting. These are things we do on "dugnad", without pay or cover for our cost. It is just a joy to be able to do something fun for the people in this tiny place we call home.
The hotel in the background is Hotel Mundal. It is in the prosess of restoration and have been closed for a couple of years.
