The first bridge you see in the foreground is 10th Avenue - it’s currently closed for construction, getting a new surface. The second bridge is 35W - that one made world headlines in 2007 when it tragically collapsed during rush hour killing 13 people and injuring over 145. It was rebuilt in 2008.
