Happy Holidays 2016

So we went into the woods with 20 lbs of gear and props, picked a tree, tied up Santa and put up the two flashes, and the rain started... it was a very short shoot... but at least we had cookies and milk during the takedown.

 

The resulting file is hand-painted in photoshop, to resemble those Victorian-era (and later) Christmas cards that I adore. A friend promptly couldn't believe it wasn't all put together in photoshop to start with.
