this village stands on a small plateau halfway up Mount Galičica, out of view of the large shoebox-like concrete resorts of Dolno Konjsko & Lagadin, which started being developed in the 1970s on the lake shore down below. Many inhabitants have migrated to these lower locations, leaving behind a cluster of ruined houses in the center of the village
