Lake Clearwater sunset series
This series of evening light photos at Lake Clearewater were taken looking east. Behind me the sun was setting in the west in a clear sky. It was to the eastern horizon (the coast had experienced bad weather that day and the remaining clouds were visible through the eastern passes) that the refracting light in the eastern haze was producing subtle yet incredibly beautiful bands of soft colour across the sky and these were reflected in the lake.
