Hihi - NZ stitchbird (male)

This flighty little bird was heard long before it was seen. It finally settled on a supplementary feeder in the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary and I managed to snap off a few shots in between bouts when it was driven away by a territorial bellbird, another honey eater but larger and more aggressive than this wee fellow.
