N8 DTES testdrive

I am test driving a new phone (Nokia N8) from work with a powerful HD camera.

These photos are from a trip to Vancouver's downtown Eastside.

Important to note:

1- these photos are unedited, un-cropped, and using the phone's default settings only

2- I only took a handful more than I posted here

3- I had no knowledge of how to operate the camera functions prior to taking these.

Most photos I post undergo some cleanup in photoshop so I'm pretty impressed with these as being a camera phone. What is really mind blowing though is the video on the N8, I'll post something later but it is better than any video recorded I've ever owned and it is HD.
